Drumheller Valley Ski Club
Amidst the flat Alberta prairies, is an impressive ski resort called the Drumheller Valley Ski Club. The ski area has a base elevation of 2,325 feet and maximum elevation of 2,700 feet. Drumheller Valley Ski Club features five runs, one lift, and a plethora of lodging and entertainment possibilities available. Its other amenities include ski and snowboard rentals, ski lessons, night skiing and full ski patrol coverage.

Located 56 kilometers (35 miles) southeast of Kelowna in the British Columbia Exterior is the Big White Ski Resort. Also known as simply Big White, this ski resort is known as the second largest resort in British Columbia, and one of the biggest resorts in the entire area of North America. The vertical drop from the 2,319 meter mountain summit is 777 meters, and is serviced by 16 lifts. And with 38 acres available for night skiing, Big White has western Canada's biggest area for night skiing out of all resorts in the region.
