21. Nitehawk Recreation Area
Lured by Nitehawk’s rustic charm, skiers and snowboarders flock to this ski resort all-year round. Nitehawk Recreation Area is the largest non mountain ski in Northern Alberta. It offers triple chair, platter lifts, and full rental of over 250 sets of rental skis and 100 snowboards. Guests can enjoy winter skiing in December thru March, and Aerial Water Ramp skiing from May thru September. Nitehawk also features a wilderness RV park, lodging services and cafeteria.

22. Hidden Valley Ski Area
Located in the evergreen forests of the Cypress Hills Provincial Park is the Hidden Valley Ski Area. This picturesque resort provides for great ski and snowboard facility. Hidden Valley was developed during the early 1960s. It was formerly called Mile High Ski Hill, but because of its extensive elevation of 1,400 miles, it was renamed to Hidden Valley. This resort features consistent snow condition, great amenities and friendly service. Its trails are diverse, offering the necessary challenge for beginner, intermediate and expert skiers.

25. Edmonton Ski Club
Convenience and accessibility is what is offered in the Edmonton Ski Club. This beautiful ski resort features great terrains for beginner and expert skiers. It is also the first and only ski hill in Edmonton. Though it is not as huge as the other ski resorts, it exquisite service and great snow lures many visitors from afar. Edmonton Ski Club is open Tuesdays thru Thursday, and Saturday to Sunday.

Skiers will be delighted with the well groomed, snow coved slopes of Falcon Ridge Ski area. Falcon Ridge is the finest ski resort in Manitoba, Canada. It provides for fabulous downhill, cross country skiing and snowboarding activities that you will truly enjoy. There are also quaint rental and equipment shops in the area. Plus great accommodation, cafeteria, chalet services offered.

30. Holiday Mountain
Holiday Mountain offers skiing experience like no other. It wouldn’t really matter whether you’re an alpine, cross-country skier or even a snowboarder. There is something for you in Holiday Mountain. This ski area features two double chair lifts, t-bar and rope tows which have a total uphill capacity of 5000 people per hour. There are also skiing lessons offered to the young and adult.
